Seattle real estate tech startup MoxiWorks is teaming up with leading iBuyer Opendoor in a new partnership to help agents get cash offers for their clients’ homes.
- Opendoor, like Seattle’s Zillow and Redfin directly buy and sell homes. The new partnership will allow real estate agents using MoxiWorks’ platform to generate and integrate automatic cash offers on homes that meet Opendoor’s buying criteria.
- The integration will be available first in Austin, Sacramento and Raleigh-Durham, N.C., and the two companies plan to expand the partnership to additional markets later.
- More than 260 brokerages and 340,000 agents nationwide use MoxiWorks’ platform. Opendoor is available in 21 markets across the nation, and it has helped more than 65,000 customers buy and sell homes.
