Live streaming video infrastructure startup Videon raised a $9 million round, following up on a separate $7.3 million round in July. Investors include Seattle VC firms Voyager Capital, Cercano Management (formerly Vulcan Capital), and Forston VC (formerly Arnold Venture Group). Videon helps customers in 19 countries stream high-quality, low-latency live video via the cloud. The State College, Pa.-based startup is led by Tricia Iboshi, a longtime Seattle entrepreneur who previously worked at thePlatform and Make.TV. Iboshi, now based in San Francisco, last year replaced former Microsoft manager Rob Green.
