Collexion, an online marketplace for collectables, won the first place prize of $252,600 at the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network’s Angel Oregon Showcase this week.

The Portland-based startup beat out 48 other growth-stage startups and took home the first place prize with its platform that hosts a social marketplace with millions of collectibles.

Collexion, which has partnerships with Amazon, Etsy and eBay, pitched on stage to a group of investors on Wednesday evening, along with five other finalists: Crystal Clear Technologies, IOTAS, Moonshadow Mobile, Odysys, and Yellow Scope.

OEN, which pools money for the award from its Angel Oregon investors, also gave a $20,000 prize package to ClientJoy after the startup won an audience vote in the early-stage startup competition. Little Handfuls Organic came in second place and won a $7,000 prize package.

Last year, OEN awarded $240,000 to SpaceView, a 3-year-old company that lets salespeople and interior designers place virtual objects in a photo of a room. The year prior, it awarded $256,000 to Portland-based Nouvola, a startup that helps companies deploy their cloud applications. OEN has invested $3.2 million in Oregon startups since 2005 through the group’s Angel Oregon investment award.
